Kue Rangi

Kue Rangi is widely spread throughout the Betawi culture area. This snack is easy to find as there are many peddlers selling it.

Ingredients:

  • grated young coconut
  • tapioca flour
  • water
  • salt

Sauce Ingredients:

  • brown sugar
  • water
  • chopped jackfruit

How to Make:

  • Knead coconut and tapioca flour while add little water.
  • Heat mold. Pour the dough on it when it is heated.
  • Boil sugar and water. After they are evenly mixed, filter them.
  • Boil the sugar-water mixture by adding jackfruit.
  • Top the sugar sauce to the hot ranggi and serve it.
