
Kue Rangi is widely spread throughout the Betawi culture area. This snack is easy to find as there are many peddlers selling it.
Ingredients:
- grated young coconut
- tapioca flour
- water
- salt
Sauce Ingredients:
- brown sugar
- water
- chopped jackfruit
How to Make:
- Knead coconut and tapioca flour while add little water.
- Heat mold. Pour the dough on it when it is heated.
- Boil sugar and water. After they are evenly mixed, filter them.
- Boil the sugar-water mixture by adding jackfruit.
- Top the sugar sauce to the hot ranggi and serve it.
