Blantek was initially known as the beginner level of Mask theater. Among Mask artists, if there is a Mask player who plays badly, he is ridiculed by calling him a Blantek player.
In its development, Blantek has its own identity. The accompanying music is Rebana Biang. At the beginning of the show, songs of remembrance and prayer are performed. Their creativity develops by displaying Blenggo Dance, Pencak Silat, and magic tricks. Blantek is a mixture of dance, singing, jokes and plays.
